Orders and approval
Personalised books are made to order. You are responsible for checking names, spellings, delivery details and the approved preview. Production begins only after approval and successful payment.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown at the time of order apply to that purchase. Payment is collected through the payment method or provider presented during checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if payment fails, required information is missing or fulfilment is not possible.
Personalisation
You confirm that you have permission to provide all names, photographs and other material submitted for an order. Content must not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
Delivery
Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to address issues, courier disruptions, weather, holidays or events outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual property
KidMojo owns or licenses the website, story templates, illustrations, branding and other original materials. Purchasing a book gives you the physical or digital copy for personal use; it does not transfer commercial reproduction rights.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
