We may collect the purchaser’s name, email address, delivery address, order details and payment status. For personalisation, a parent or guardian may provide a child’s first name, age, appearance preferences, dedication and photograph.
How we use information
We use this information to create previews, fulfil and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain business records and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.
Children’s information
Children’s details must be submitted by a parent, guardian or authorised adult. They are used only to create and fulfil the requested product. Please do not provide information that is not necessary for personalisation.
Photos and artwork
Submitted photos are used to guide the personalised illustration. We restrict access to people and service providers involved in production and delete source photos when they are no longer required for fulfilment, support or legal obligations.
Service providers and security
We may share only necessary information with payment, hosting, printing, communication and delivery providers. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and your choices
We retain order records only as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, accounting and legal requirements. To request access, correction or deletion, email hello@kidmojo.in. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
