Delivery coverage
We offer pan-India delivery across more than 19,000 serviceable PIN codes. Serviceability is confirmed before an order is accepted.
Production and transit
Personalised books usually take 5–7 working days to produce after final approval. Estimated transit is 2–3 working days to major metros and 4–6 working days to many other locations.
Tracking
Tracking details are shared after dispatch. Tracking scans can take up to 24 hours to appear after a courier receives the parcel.
Address accuracy
Please provide a complete address, landmark and correct PIN code. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Changes may not be possible after dispatch, and re-delivery charges may apply when an incorrect address causes a return.
Delays and damaged parcels
Courier, weather and regional disruptions may affect estimates. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging and product and email hello@kidmojo.in.
